Quick School Manager is a cloud based school management system that makes managing primary and secondary schools easy and efficient. It provides useful insights for administrators, teachers, students and parents and helps them make better and faster decisions. QSM is very easy and intuitive to use. Anyone with basic skills of using a web email would find it easy to setup and use QSM.
No. QSM is hosted in the cloud. This means that your school does not need to have any special computers or servers to host it. You will however require a device (such as a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone) with internet connectivity to be able to use it.
QSM does not currently have a mobile application. However, QSM is highly responsive and delivers a very good experience on mobile devices as it does on laptops and desktops.
QSM is designed for Nursery, Primary and Secondary schools. However due to its flexibility and customisability other institutions like orphanages also use it and find it very useful.
It is possible to upgrade to a higher plan midway through your QSM subscription. You will only be required to pay the pro-rated difference between your current plan and the higher plan you wish to upgrade to.
It is however not possible to change your subscription to a lower plan.
The quickest way to get up and running with QSM is to pay for a subscription using a credit/debit card or a PayPal account. Alternatively, you may also pay by bank deposit/transfer.
QSM has a growing knowledge base at QSM KNOWLEDGE BASE which contains articles describing how to do different thing like setup a school account, add a teacher to a school etc.
